Food Seasonings

Material Selection: 304 stainless steel is used for standard applications, while 316L stainless steel is used for high-salt and acidic seasonings to prevent corrosion and metal ion leaching that could affect flavor.

Core Requirements: Meets food safety standards such as GB 4806 and FDA 21 CFR; materials are non-toxic and odorless; container interiors are smooth with no dead corners for easy disassembly, cleaning, and high-temperature sterilization; can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization; seals are made of food-grade silicone rubber or fluororubber to prevent odor migration; fermentation equipment must have heat preservation and stirring functions, and some are equipped with online pH and temperature monitoring devices to ensure stable fermentation.

Typical Equipment: Seasoning fermentation tanks, high-temperature sterilization kettles, edible oil storage tanks, spice extraction kettles, and compound seasoning mixing tanks.
