Biotechnology

Applicable Scenarios: Microbial fermentation, bioreactors, separation and purification of biological products, culture medium preparation and storage, and bio-enzyme catalytic reactions.

Material Selection: 316L stainless steel is preferred; electropolished 316L stainless steel is used for aseptic applications; special stainless steel is used for some extreme conditions.

Core Requirements: Complies with GMP and biosafety standards; the inner surface of the container is electropolished, supporting in-line cleaning (CIP) and in-line sterilization (SIP); the sealing structure uses sanitary quick-connect fittings to avoid microbial contamination and media residue; it can withstand low-pressure (0.1-0.6MPa) and medium-temperature (25-40℃) conditions during fermentation; it is equipped with a sterile sampling port and a ventilation filtration device (0.22μm filter element); the material must pass biocompatibility testing and not inhibit microbial growth or affect biological activity.

Typical Equipment: Biofermentation tanks, cell culture reactors, culture medium storage tanks, biological product purification vessels, and enzyme catalytic reaction vessels.
