Fine Chemicals

Fine Chemicals

Applicable Scenarios: Fine chemical synthesis, corrosive media storage, solvent recovery, integrated reactive distillation processes, and sulfur-containing media treatment in oil and gas fields.

Material Selection: 316L stainless steel for conventional corrosive media, 2205 duplex stainless steel for chloride ion-containing media, and super austenitic stainless steel or Hastelloy for extreme corrosive conditions.

Core Requirements: Resistant to chemical media corrosion, eliminating leakage risk; adaptable to a wide operating range of pressures from 0.6-30MPa and temperatures from -20-300℃; equipped with safety valves, pressure gauges, rupture discs, and other safety accessories; external surface can be coated with anti-corrosion coatings or cathodic protection; designed and manufactured strictly according to GB 150 or ASME standards, passing pressure vessel inspection, and undergoing regular corrosion testing.

Typical Equipment: Chemical reaction vessels, corrosion-resistant storage tanks, solvent recovery towers, acid-base neutralization vessels, and oil-gas separators.
