Applicable Scenarios: Hydrogen energy storage and transportation, lithium battery material production, photovoltaic silicon material purification, energy storage systems, and wind power hydraulic energy storage devices.

Material Selection: Hydrogen energy storage uses hydrogen-resistant 316L stainless steel; lithium battery equipment uses 316L or 2205 duplex stainless steel; photovoltaic purification uses high-temperature resistant stainless steel.

Core Requirements: Hydrogen storage equipment must withstand 35MPa/70MPa high pressure, possess resistance to hydrogen embrittlement and fatigue, and its leakage rate must meet GB/T 3634.2 standard; lithium battery industry equipment must withstand electrolyte (carbonate, lithium salt) corrosion and prevent metal ion contamination of electrode materials (impurity content ≤10ppm); photovoltaic silicon material purification equipment must withstand chlorine and hydrogen chloride corrosion and exhibit no deformation at high temperatures; all equipment must meet explosion-proof and anti-static requirements and comply with GB/T 24589 or ISO 11114 standards.

Typical equipment includes: high-pressure hydrogen storage tanks, lithium battery cathode reactors, silicon reduction furnaces, flow battery storage tanks, and wind power hydraulic energy storage tanks.
