The whole harvest process is automated

After the egg tray is sent to the equipment,it is disinfected,dried,and harvested automatically.When the collection bottle is full,the equipment automatically stops.The quick connector on the collection head enables the operatorto quickly replace the new collection bottle.The whole process is simple to operate.The facility processes between 30,000 and 32,000 chicken eggs per hour.

Process aseptic environment

The whole process is carried out under a hundred-stage laminar flow mask to ensure that the allantoic fluid collection process is a sterile operation,which greatly reduces the risk of contamination.

Simple operation

The suction head,together with the rubber hose,and the connecting head are installed and disassembled as a whole,and put into the autocratic stainless steel box for disinfection and sterilization.Easy to install,quick connection allows quick replacement of harvest tanks.Touch screen as the control platform,easy to operate. When the harvest tank is full,the machine automatically stops.After the harvest is completed,the pipeline can be cleaned in place.The harvested parts are assembled as a whole and put into a special box for disinfection and sterilization.

Simple operation

The needle can be installed and disassembled in one piece and placed in a despotic stainless steel case for sterilization.After the venom bottle is put into the rack tightly,it can be inoculated.After the work is completed,clean itin place with prepared sterile waer.During the operation of the equipment,the amount of poison injection can be detected at any time to ensure the accuracy of the injection work.When the pressure fluctuation occurs,the device automatically gives an alarm and automatically takes the necessary protective measures.
