Working principle: The bottle packaging sterilizer consists of three parts: feeding platform, sterilization air shower drying section, and Class 100 buffer conveyor section.
1. This equipment is placed in the washing room, connected to the filling machines in the filling room via a partition wall to form a complete automated production line.
2. Customized design based on the number of filling machines and filling speed: ensuring synchronization with the filling speed.
3. The equipment uses a high-efficiency filter for air supply, ensuring a Class 100 cleanroom environment inside. Air pressure gradient control: the air pressure in the filling room is 10Pa higher than the buffer section, and the air pressure in the buffer section is 10Pa higher than the drying section, ensuring no backflow.
4. The equipment has a small footprint, no dead corners, and is easy to clean and maintain.
5. An automatic airtight door is installed at the outlet to ensure no airflow between the two areas during the buffer period and during shutdown.
6. A buffer section is provided where bottles and packs are stacked, reducing the frequency of opening and closing the outlet airtight door.
