Material Selection: 304 stainless steel for general raw material processing; 316L stainless steel for acidic, alcohol-containing, and chlorine-containing preservative-containing cosmetics to avoid raw material contamination and equipment corrosion.

Core Requirements: Complies with cosmetic safety standards (GB 7916, EU REACH regulations); materials are non-toxic and do not leach heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, etc. ≤0.1ppm); the inner surface of the container is smooth and free of dead corners (Ra≤0.8μm) for easy cleaning and disinfection, preventing bacterial growth; withstands medium-temperature (40-80℃) and low-pressure (0.1-0.3MPa) emulsification or sterilization conditions; seals are made of food-grade materials (such as silicone rubber, PTFE) that do not react with cosmetic ingredients (such as fragrances, preservatives, and active ingredients); some aseptic cosmetic production equipment must meet cleanroom (ISO Class 8) requirements and have dustproof and contamination-proof designs.
